Due to the handmade nature of products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is damage or defect.

On hand products are shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days within Luzon and 3-6 days for Visayas and Mindanao. For made-to-order, pre-order, and customized pieces, please allow 6-8 days for production before shipping. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the details.
